Competition Terms and Conditions – Leamington Shopping Park £50 Five Guys Gift Card Giveaway
To participate in this competition, entrants must like and comment on the Leamington Shopping Park social media competition post and follow the Leamington Shopping Park social media page. This competition will open on Monday 19th October 2026 and run until Monday 25th October 2026. Entries made by direct reply to this Terms & Conditions page will not be accepted.
There will be one winner, who will be selected at random from all valid entries that have fulfilled the criteria above. Entries made after the closing time will not be counted.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), except for employees of Workman LLP, as well as all contractors, their immediate families, or anyone directly connected with the organisation.
The prize consists of one £50 Five Guys Gift Card, to be redeemed at the Five Guys store at Leamington Shopping Park. The prize cannot be changed, transferred or redeemed for cash or exchanged for an alternative prize.
If you are the lucky winner, you will be notified via Instagram using the account from which you entered the competition. Further details will then be provided on how to claim your prize. The prize will be issued as an e-gift card, so winners must provide a valid email address for delivery.
We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Only one entry per person will be accepted unless the competition entry instructions state otherwise.
No purchase is necessary. However, entrants will require internet access and a Facebook or Instagram account to participate. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred in entering the promotion, including internet usage.
We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative, either in whole or in part.
Winners will have 48 hours from the time they are contacted to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
The decisions of the promoter (Workman LLP) are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
